Shipping policy
We ship to select countries worldwide.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post / Australia Post International. To see if we ship to your country, please head to checkout and enter your shipping details.

Please note: shipping times are a guide only and we are not responsible for any unexpected delays caused by circumstances out of our control or by the shipping partner.
SHIPPING RATES –
Shipping rates can be calculated by adding the desired products to your cart and entering shipping details.
We currently offer free standard shipping to:

New Zealand (orders over $64 NZD)

Canada (orders over $134 CAD)
ORDER TRACKING –
Once your order has been dispatched, a dispatch notification with tracking details will be sent to the email provided at checkout. You are able to use these details to track your order via the Australia Post website here. If you need assistance regarding the tracking of your order, please contact us.
PACKAGING –
As part of our efforts to care for the environment, we dispatch all orders in compostable or eco friendly mailers. Please compost or reuse where possible.
LOST / DAMAGED PARCELS –
In the event of a parcel being lost in transit, Strawberry & Bumble bears no risk once it has left its trading premises. If you believe your item has been lost, please lodge an enquiry with the postal company. If you need further information regarding this process, please contact us.
Where goods have been received damaged, please notify us immediately and we will work with you to find a solution.
IMPORTANT DUTIES / CUSTOMS FEES / VAT INFORMATION –
Strawberry & Bumble does not collect VAT tax, tariffs, duties or customs fees. It is up to the customer to pay these fees.
We are not held responsible to collect/pay them on your behalf. Any additional fees/charges/taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the product or shipping fee. In the situation that these additional fees/charges/taxes are left unpaid by the customer, the goods will be returned to us. We are not liable for the cost of resending the goods once they are returned to us.
NOTICE FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS –
Unfortunately, we have paused shipping to the USA until further notice. Thank you to our U.S customers for your support.
