To keep your Strawberry & Bumble bag looking its best, it's important to take proper care of it.
Spot Cleaning -
- Start by removing any loose dirt or debris from the surface of the bag. You could use a lint roller or similar to gently brush away the particles.
- For minor stains or spills, mix a small amount of mild liquid soap or detergent with lukewarm water. Dip a clean, soft cloth or sponge into the soapy solution.
- Gently blot the stained area of the makeup bag with the damp cloth or sponge. Avoid rubbing vigorously, as it may damage the fabric.
- Continue blotting until the stain starts to lift. Rinse the cloth or sponge with clean water and blot the area again to remove any soap residue.
- Allow the fabric makeup bag to air dry in a well-ventilated area.
Cold Gentle Machine Cycle -
- Place the empty bag inside a mesh laundry bag to protect it during the wash cycle.
- Add a small amount of mild liquid detergent specifically formulated for delicate fabrics to the washing machine.
- Set the machine to a cold or cool water setting and choose the gentle cycle option.
- Start the machine and allow the wash cycle to complete.
- Once the cycle is finished, promptly remove the makeup bag from the machine.
- Do not tumble dry the bag. Instead, gently reshape it and lay it flat on a clean towel to air dry. Ensure it is in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
General Tips -
- To keep your makeup bag cleaner for longer, we recommend to avoid overfilling your bag and to ensure items are securely closed to prevent leaks.
- Avoid using bleach, harsh chemicals, or stain removers on your fabric makeup bag, as they may damage the fabric or cause discolouration.
- Never wring or twist the bag vigorously, as it can distort the shape and affect the stitching.
- For our towelling range - Like a normal towel, in the circumstance that a loop may become caught on an object, avoid pulling it further. With scissors, cut close to the origin of the thread to remove it.

We only dispatch on business days - Monday to Friday. Orders placed during the weekend will be shipped the following business day.
Please note - during peak times, order processing may increase due to the high volume of orders.

If your shipping time has exceeded the advised timeframe provided by Australia Post, we kindly advise you to file a claim via the Australia Post website. If they are unable to offer you a solution, please contact support@strawberryandbumble.com.au once the claim has been filed and our team will assist you.

If your parcel is flagged as undeliverable, uncollected, or if an incorrect or incomplete address is provided during checkout, it may be sent back to the sender. You can track this return process through your Australia Post tracking link, but we cannot provide a specific timeframe for how long it will take to process through the postal system.
Once your order returns to us, we will get in touch with you to work out the details for a new shipping label and to coordinate the re-delivery of your order.

Regrettably, the fabric used for our beloved Bloom bag is no longer available. This means that we can no longer produce this specific bag. We understand that the Bloom bag holds a special place in the hearts of our customers, and we share your disappointment about this situation.
