Refund policy
We really hope you love your Strawberry & Bumble products! However, if you change your mind, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order in exchange for a credit note.
Please note:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges on FINAL SALE / SAMPLE SALE items.
- Refunds are only available for faulty or damaged items, or if the item is not up to standard, and you do not wish to receive a replacement. In such cases, please email us immediately with:
- An image of the fault/damage
- A brief explanation of why you wish to request a refund

To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Items must be in original condition (unused, unwashed, and unaltered).
- Sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or credit notes.
Please keep in mind:
- We do not offer refunds on shipping costs or the costs to return items, unless the item is faulty.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
- We are unable to accept returns for items that have been well used, overfilled or damaged due to wear and tear.
